Frequently Asked Questions
Wherever you are on your journey, you deserve care that is calm, attentive, and grounded. If our practice feels right to you, we would be honored to walk alongside you.
What are my choices for Suboxone clinics in Nashville?
Making a choice that may last for years requires insight into your own preferences and values. The information below is offered to help you understand our practice and decide whether our approach feels right for you.
Are we a good fit for you?
You may feel comfortable here if you are looking for:
- A small, physician-led practice built on trust.
- Discreet, long-term Suboxone care.
- Primary care and addiction treatment provided together, with continuity.
If this approach feels reassuring to you, we would be honored to care for you.
How often do I need to come in for Suboxone appointments?
Some patients prefer the reassurance of coming into the office every month. If that feels right to you, we are always happy to see you in person as often as you wish.
Because we provide concierge primary care as part of our practice, certain medical concerns may require more frequent visits. When that happens, we simply adjust together — thoughtfully and without hurry — to make sure you are well supported.
What are your clinic hours for Suboxone visits?
Heather, my medical assistant, answers our phone every day seven days a week, for important matters. Heather works with patients virtually every day of the year. Jeannie and Jackie, our schedulers, are available Monday through Friday during standard business hours.
We offer office visits for our established patients on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays. Wednesdays are gently reserved for new patients, allowing us to take the time needed to welcome you thoughtfully into the practice.
As we grow carefully and remain intentional about staying small, we anticipate opening additional days, with future availability from Tuesday through Saturday.
Our day begins at 8:30 AM and continues until the last patient is seen. We do not rush visits. We take the time that is needed.
When is Dr. Conway available?
I work seven days a week and generally respond to messages the same day. I often speak with patients regularly, and I hold my patients in mind as part of my daily work and care.
For true medical emergencies, it is important to go directly to the emergency room so you can receive immediate help.
What is the emotional tone of our office?
We hope our patients will stay with us for many years, and we care for our staff with the same long view. Staff who serve you well are deeply valued by me, and continuity matters for everyone, you and my staff who are colleagues.
Our office is a traditional general internal medicine practice, thoughtfully shaped to honor both the wisdom of long-standing medical care and the practical guidance of Tennessee regulations.
How large is the Practice?
Our size is chosen so that I can see each patient comfortably and remember the details that matter, supporting care that feels personal, steady, and enduring.
Who are your patients?
Our patients come from many walks of life — executives, construction workers, skilled tradespeople, and domestic workers alike. We care for both men and women, including many women navigating menopause and many men addressing concerns related to men’s health.
We also support patients living with depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and ADHD, offering steady care over time. Our patients come from Tennessee, as well as Mississippi and Kentucky.
Simply put, we welcome everyone.
Do we welcome everyone?
What about other doctors?
Our practice does not function as an emergency room. Our patients understand when urgent or emergency care is needed and seek help promptly when those situations arise. This shared understanding has helped our patients stay safe and well supported.
Do you offer telemedicine Suboxone appointments?
How much does Suboxone treatment cost in Nashville?
Saturday appointments are currently our most popular. We chose to offer Saturdays so patients would not need to miss work, helping reduce the overall burden and stress of receiving care.
We believe in simple, predictable pricing. Our fee is designed to be fair, transparent, and reflective of physician-led, comprehensive care provided with time and attention.
Do you take insurance for Suboxone treatment?
There is no computer in the examination room, and your care is always provided directly by me, not by mid-level providers. This approach allows for unhurried visits, attentive listening, and care that feels personal and present.
Can I get Suboxone and primary care on the same visit?
Comprehensive primary care and Suboxone treatment are thoughtfully provided during the same visit, so your care feels coordinated, steady, and complete.
Is my Suboxone treatment kept private?
I have shared experience with you on many of your life’s transitions or challenges. I listen, reflect back to you while you decide your life’s path.
Because we do not take insurance, your medical records are not shared with insurance companies. I hold what you tell me with care. I document what is medically necessary, while your deeply personal and confidential matters are treated with discretion and respect.
Your medical record is a thoughtful record of your care — not the private intimacies of your life.

Posted on PaulJanuary 27, 2026Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I found Dr. Conway six years ago, and his program has truly saved my life. Without his care and guidance, I honestly don't know where I'd be today. Now I'm happily married, raising two children, and working—I feel like I have purpose in this world again. What sets Dr. Conway apart is his ability to listen without judgment. He respects my boundaries when I'm not ready to talk, but I always know that when I am ready, he'll be there to listen. His approach combines genuine kindness with the professional care needed to address addiction. If you're struggling with addiction and looking for a doctor who will treat you with respect and compassion, I can't recommend Dr. Conway enough. His program has given me a second chance at life, and I'm forever grateful.
